Chris Lawless, Managing Partner and Co-Founder

Mr. Lawless has more than 20 years of experience in venture investing,
business operations and development. Mr. Lawless served as Director of Strategic Investments for Intel Capital, responsible
for enterprise & internet security/manageability technology investments, an average portfolio value greater than USD$250M.
His regional focus included North and South America, Israel and China. Mr. Lawless served as Intel's representative to nine
private company Boards of Directors, where he helped build world-class companies. He completed 16 investments and advised
on many more during his tenure at Intel Capital, investing in innovative companies such as Credant Technologies, Crossbeam
Systems, DataSynapse, NetScaler (Acquired by Citrix for $300M), Oblix (Acquired by Oracle), Safend and TriCipher. Additionally,
Mr. Lawless was involved with preparing groups for spin-out, spin-in and other M&A activities. Mr. Lawless served as CEO
of Vector Teknologies, Inc., and has held other senior operational positions throughout his career. Mr. Lawless designed,
opened and operated a top urban Portland, OR, restaurant. He spent four years in Japan managing public affairs for the USAF. He holds five technology patents. Mr. Lawless graduated from the University of Maryland
where he received his BS in Business.
Steve Gillette, Managing Partner and Co-Founder

Mr. Gillette has over 31 years of business operating experience as a senior
officer of both public and private companies, which has served him well in matters of corporate finance. Prior to becoming
Managing Partner for CIRRUS, Mr. Gillette was Managing Director of the Denver office of Hunter Wise Financial Group and Hunter
Wise Securities (FINRA), an Irvine, CA based investment banking firm. Beginning
in 2003, Hunter Wise’s Denver office has assisted small and medium sized companies in the areas of mergers & acquisitions
and corporate finance, raising several hundred million in debt and equity capital. Before joining Hunter Wise, Mr. Gillette
owned and operated his own boutique corporate finance firm and subsequently folded his operations into Hunter Wise. Mr. Gillette began his business career in general aviation as a flight instructor and spent 21 years in
the airline business where he was founder and CEO of two regional airlines, the first based in Denver and the later, based
in Kansas City, MO. In addition, Mr. Gillette was responsible for executing numerous
equity, debt, lease and other corporate transactions. Mr. Gillette graduated
from Rutgers University where he received a BS in Economics.
Brenton Brown, Senior Associate

Mr. Brown brings more than 15 years of international finance and private
equity sector experience in early stage and high growth business environments.
He most recently led business development and corporate strategy execution for Portland-based start-up SignaCert;
where he successfully closed channel and structured partnerships with IBM, Sun Microsystems, Intel and Juniper Networks. Mr. Brown previously spent five years as Equity Finance Manager for Intel Capital
in Europe and the United States where he was responsible for both financial and strategic performance of $100M annual investment
and 140+ portfolio companies. Mr. Brown originates from Vancouver, Canada, where
he founded, managed and successfully sold a construction-sector business. Mr. Brown earned his Masters in Finance from
the London Business School, London, England, his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh,
Scotland, and his BA in Economics from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.
Don Brennan, CIRRUS Advisory Board Member
Senior Vice President of Development for Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. (AMEX: UWN)

Don Brennan brings 40 years of experience to the hospitality industry: operations of master planned residential
golf communities, resort hotels/conference centers and the casino/entertainment business. He holds an MBA from Southern
Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration from Cornell University.
During that time, Mr. Brennan has provided all-inclusive consulting services to various clients in the hotel, country
club and resort industry. From 1978 to 1982 he developed and taught a hospitality development course for the Conrad
Hilton College at the University of Houston. In 1988, while President of Kindred & Company, Mr. Brennan also served
as President of the Texas Hotel and Motel Association. He was involved with the Ventana Canyon Golf and Racket
Club in Tucson, Arizona and Barton Creek Club and Conference Center in Austin, Texas. His bilingual talents facilitated his
position of Director General for ClubCorp International in Mexico where he resided for five years. Working with Mexican
partner Grupo Situr, Mexico's largest resort development company, he successfully headed the amenity operations of numerous
golf clubs in Situr's master planned mega resort projects. Mr. Brennan developed and opened Marina Vallarta
de Golf, Marina Ixtapa Club de Golf, Playa del Carmen Golf Resort, University Club in Guadalajara, and Puerto de Hiero club
in Guadalajara, among others. As founder of Independent Private Clubs of America, Inc., (IPCA) he consulted for Belin
and Associates' prestigious master planned golf community BENTWATER on Lake Conroe, north of Houston, Texas. The distinguished
1,500 acre, 3,000 homesite golf community boasts world-class amenities including two 18-hole Weiskoph/Morrsh & Scott Miller
designed championship golf courses, fifty luxurous villas, and a large marina and yacht club. As President of Hotel
Management, Inc. he developed and operated resort hotels in the U.S. and the Bahamas. And, early in his career served
as General Manager of several hotels, including the Maui Eldorado Condominium Hotel in Maui, Hawaii. In 2000, Mr. Brennan
expanded his career into the casino industry and joined Nevada gold as a senior executive.
Jeffrey Alexopulos, CIRRUS Advisory Board Member
Director General, Palm Beach Assoc.

Mr. Alexopulos has enjoyed more than 30 years of both institutional and
private investment banking, consulting and real estate investment experience. Over the last 10 years specifically, Mr.
Alexopulos has been involved in numerous hotel, resort and commercial real estate investment transactions in Mexico and throughout
Latin America. From 1997 to 2002, he lived in Mexico City where he concluded a number of transactions, first hand.
Since 2000, Mr. Alexopulos has been Director General of Palm Beach Associates S.A de C.V. and involved in raising debt and
equity capital for development projects, such as Gran Reserva in Mexico City. Gran Reserva is a USD$1 Billion residential,
golf and commercial development in the northwest suburbs of Mexico City. Mr. Alexopulos graduated from the University
of Maryland with a BS in Finance and obtained his Masters in Public Finance from the University of Baltimore.
